We have a select panel of Independent Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessors and Consultants and work closely with local Energy Training Company, to ensure we provide up to date and competitive Energy solutions for our clients.

Local Certificate Direct are an independent company, we provide a fast, professional estimate service.

  Our surveyors use the latest technology available to increase output and drive down costs. Our energy consultants are qualified Energy Assessors (NDEA) and (DEA) and have many years experience in the property industry. They can produce EPC's for all types of property in the Commercial and Residential sectors. I.e. Shops, Supermarkets, Warehouses, Hotels and many other property types. The aim is to give best service at the best possible price. Complaints can be dealt with through ourselves as independent panel, but will not affect your statutory rights.

Your details will remain secure and will not be given to suppliers unless you ask us to do so. Once you have selected your supplier for a quotation then your details will be deleted.
